Comprised of freestylers and street soccer players from around the globe, this diverse group of athletes has one thing in common: their dedication to bola. Both the title of the film and the name of their team, bola is more than the Spanish word for ball; it_Ñés a lifestyle.
Win or lose, they_Ñére a family at the end of the day. They were friends first and a team after, and that_Ñés what allows them to excel on the court; to function as a cohesive unit.
The story follows their journey to the Neymar Jr. Five Tournament, where they compete with 16 of the best street soccer teams in the country for a shot at the world finals in Brazil.
