David Hernandez is a major-market, radio veteran with over 17 years of experience. He can be heard in Los Angeles every Sunday evening between 6:30pm and 12am on Stevie Wonder’s station, Radio Free 102.3FM KJLH in Los Angele. David started as an intern with KJLH in 1999, and quickly worked his way up to become the Assistant Program Director/Music Director (APD/MD), a position that he held for 9 ½ years. While serving as APD/MD, KJLH achieved the highest ratings in station history. David has also dedicated his life to working with at-risk youth throughout the Los Angeles County area. David’s passion for inspiring people to discover their own purpose as well as healing broken familial relationships is evident in his role as Lead Child & Family Specialist for Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services. Using his personal life experiences as a compass, David has been able to “become all things to all men,” connecting with individuals from any walk of life and helping them meet their full potential.
