Teri Nelson Carpenter is President and CEO of Reel Muzik Werks LLC (RMW), a full-service music rights management company that specializes in Global Writer/Publisher Administration, Licensing & Clearance, and Music Supervision for all media. RMW also includes the management of performance, mechanical, neighboring, and secondary rights. 

Carpenter serves on the Board of Directors of the Copyright Alliance in Washington, D.C., as well as a member and leader in many organizations such as the California Copyright Conference, the Independent Publishers Advisory Counsel for the NMPA, the International Independent Music Publishers Forum, the Joint Project Lead at CISAC, and the Society Publishers Forum. Carpenter’s career began in Film and TV relations at Broadcast Music Inc., working directly with composers, publishers, and content creators to provide assistance with their global performing rights concerns. She was the executive in charge of network television music at Fox Family Worldwide and Saban Entertainment and has also served as a Music Administration & Production Executive at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, or MGM Studios. Carpenter was the Director of Music at Hemdale Film Corp., an Academy Award-winning Indie company.
